Ross Resources, LTD is seeking to fill a full time Recovery Specialist position. The duties in this position involve working closely with parents and/or juveniles who are struggling with alcohol or other drug issues to assist them in attaining and maintaining sobriety. A degree in the field of health and human services or chemical dependency is preferred but comparable work experience in these areas will also be considered in the absence of a degree! A valid MN driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong written and oral communication and organizational skills are required. A degree in human services, mental health or other related field is preferred but related work experience will also be considered! Candidate must have valid MN driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Candidate must also have excellent writing and communication skills as well as computer knowledge.
